Gingered Soy Sauce

Combine:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 T. water
1 T. fresh ginger, minced
2 t. Brown Sugar
1 t. hot chile sesame oil, or toasted semame oil
1 scallion sliced
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime.

let stand at room temp. for 10 minutes.
